SmartFill's Health Check feature ensures your web portal and SmartFill units are configured to the best standards.
This tool gives you the ability to configure your systems to be as accurate as possible, preventing running into future problems.
You can access the Health Check menu by clicking on the Heart Symbol in the top right of the website.
SmartFill offers the option to invite other users to your web portal, strengthening security by allowing you to restrict users to specific pages and ensuring that actions performed on the web portal can be traced back to a specific individual.
You must be a Website Administrator to invite users onto the web portal.Inviting a User to your Web Portal
Click on the Invite User button at the top right of the website. This will show the Invite User Wizard.
Fill in the form as desired.
"Email/Username already exists on an existing web portal" Error Message
There are three solutions you can do to resolve this issue;
- For existing usernames, simply choose a different username instead.
- For existing emails, you can either;
- Utilise a username instead of an email.
- Delete the email from the old web portal.
Configuring a Username Instead
Fill in the Username and Password fields with your desired values.
Once you have configured the user, click Invite and forward the Username & Password to your desired person.
Deleting the Email from the other Web Portal
If you use an email to log into your SmartFill web portal and have forgotten your password, you can click "Forgot Password" on the Login page and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you use a username to log into the system or don't remember the email address you use, please contact our support team, who can assist you further.
Modules add further functionality and depth to your fuel management system. Modules allow you to add new assets or data to help reconciliation.
You must be a Website Administrator to add modules to your web portal.
Adding a Module
Press the Add button on the left-hand side of your web portal.
You will be greeted on the "Add a Module" page. Simply select the module that you need, and it will be added on the left-hand side of the website.
You must be a Website Administrator to add SmartFill units.
Adding another SmartFill System
First, log into your SmartFill web portal, and navigate to your Units page.
Once on the Units Page, click in the top right of the web page and select Add New Unit
Enter the Serial Number and Security Code of your new SmartFill system.
After entering a valid Serial Number and Security Code, your new SmartFill system will now appear on the website.
