Is the PRO Subscription required to utilise my SmartFill System?

No. The PRO Subscription is not required to utilise the SmartFill system.

Do you offer a free trial of the PRO Subscription?

Yes. We offer a 90-day trial to new customers, which can be activated at any time. No payment details are required, and you will not be charged at the end of the trial. Check if you are eligible by clicking here.

How many plans do you offer?

We offer three payment plans; Monthly, Yearly, and Three Years. All plans contain the same features.

What happens when my subscription expires?

When your plan expires, all PRO features are deactivated. Renewing your plan will reactivate all of your PRO features, and will restore your previously configured PRO features, such as Reports, Dashboard, etc.

Does the amount of units affect my PRO Subscription in any way?

The amount of SmartFill units do not matter when it comes to your subscription, and will not change on the amount of systems you have.
